No states sent two sets of electors. Only the legislature could approve the second slate and none of the legislatures did. So you have a slate selected in accordance with state law and a slate that just proclaimed themselves to be electors. Unless that second set gets a legislative seal of approval Congress won't deal with them.
Except for judges, this has been his attitude for the last four years.

He and Ryan took the biggest opportunity to advance Conservatism

In the 1850s the Whigs and Know-Nothings, like the present Republic Party, had lost its way. When a group of rebels met to form the Republican Party there were doubters. Today, should Trump seek to form a new party, he could do it. Whereas the early Republicans had to search for a Lincoln,a new party would already have its leader. It would take a decade to cleanse the Republicans of their McConnell, Sasse, Romney, Cornyn and like humpty dumptys, but America would be the better for it.
It’s time Trump upped the pressure on this flaccid scumbag and threatened to go third party.
