Since we have so much evidence of fraud with the Dominion voting machines, and GA plans to use these machines in the upcoming election, why can't / doesn't President Trump issue an Executive Order or ask the CISA forbid use of these machines?
Too late. Early voting has already begun in GA...................
The audit report is damning
“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.”
It is clearly within his power to issue an executive order prohibiting the use of Dominion machines in any election in the United States.
They will then be forced to hand count every ballot.
Not too late, none of the returned ballots have been run through the machines! But that was a good try at tossing cold water on a notion.
They expect us to use those machines and accept the results from them. Fat chance. After what we know now? They are doing the equivalent of, as my grandpa would say, peeing in my ear and telling me it’s raining. They are treading on very, very thin ice.
I agree. I think either SCOTUS or POTUS will have to step in.

Courts have consistently held that elections are a state matter. NO court would uphold a presidential EO that impacts a state’s election - even for Federal office.
The run off ballots are not so complex that they cannot be hand counted, providing there are observers at every counting table, every single one.
Started today— and can be stopped, today as a result of this.
Stop the use of Dominion Systems. Which would include all of Stacey Abrams’ supposed “harvested” 850K mail ballots which could NOT be scanned, and the paper ballots themselves forensically examined in a hand count... the first time. Mousetrap aunt jemima with the fraud she has harvested, and proudly proclaimed having done so.
It's amazing (and sad) to see how many Freepers are so quick to toss cold water on any good news that comes our way - without even taking the time to think about it.
We used to be mostly upbeat and positive around here. Now it's like a bunch of Debbie Downers.
The Republican controlled Georgia legislature could have done something about all of this. They chose not to.
They could have nullified the consent decree that then state SOS illegally signed. They chose not to.
Machines do not matter anymore.
They could forfeit their kickbacks.......
Dominion machines should automatically be disqualified everywhere they were used.
Here are my concerns based on 11/3 problems, especially in light of the fact that the SOS will NOT intervene if there are issues:
Observers will not be able to be close enough to observe.
Observers who raised concerns were kicked out
Absentee ballots were already opened before coming into the counting area
Absentee ballots were adjudicated at locations other than the election centers. Majority of votes were adjudicated election night, as much as 98%
The Coffee county election clerk showed how easy it is during adjudication to switch votes to whomever they wanted, and much of the adjudication was done without GOP oversight.
Witness affidavits to the fact 2 dem teams were allowed to handle adjudication
The signature matching issues the SOS agreed to with the democrats are so cumbersome that it is nearly impossible to validate.
Anyone can get an absentee ballot, no ID required.
Stacy Abrams already has a million absentee ballots ready to go, and apparently ballot harvesting is not illegal in GA.
Give the some 50k illegal voters not being addressed in the 11/3 election, an Obama judge is on the verge of ruling that another 200k purged from the rolls can be added back.
The chain of command is very poor. Dekalb county cannot find their chain of custody for absentee ballots. Fulton County refuses to act on a ballot transfer FOIA until Jan 19, 2021

In a system with backchecks, I would agree, but we have a real problem here with the SOS ignoring the laws of Georgia. He not only let all these illegal violations occur, he is in charge of the GBI investigation into the problems.
Not at this point, with early voting arleady started.

Because the President’s lawsuit contesting the Georgia election is still pending, the Republican nominees for Presidential Elector met today at noon at the State Capitol today and cast their votes for President and Vice President.
