With time running out for President Trump, attorney Sidney Powell is raising the option for the commander in chief to invoke his 2018 executive order concerning foreign interference in U.S. elections.
The order, signed by Trump on Sept. 12, 2018, states "not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election."
Powell told the Epoch Times the evidence of foreign interference is "more than sufficient to trigger" the order, providing the president "all kinds of power ... to do everything from seize assets to freeze things, demand the impoundment of the [voting] machines."
"Under the emergency powers, he could even appoint a special prosecutor to look into this, which is exactly what needs to happen," Powell continued.
"Every machine, every voting machine in the country should be impounded right now. There's frankly more than enough criminal probable cause to justify that, for anybody who's willing to address the law and the facts purely on the basis of truth and not politics, or corporate greed, or global wealth."

I’m not a lawyer, but if a lawyer can’t create an argument where they have standing, what good are they? That’s been how 99% of the cases are getting tossed? Really?

A scarier thought is that some of the judges were appointed by PDJT himself. Who advised PDJT to nominate these judges? When we get the answer to that, I think we’ll know who is behind all this.
The reality is that judges are cowards just like legislators are cowards. Nobody wants to be doxed, have their families threatened or have their cities burned because of a decision they make. Now is a time for courage. Trump and Powell are among the very few who understand that,

I wasn’t really dissing her. Just stating things as they are, to me anyway. I don’t mean to burst anyone else’s bubble.
I agree. I also think simce the democrats went so far as to make sure they had governors, sos, legislators, election officials and all their worker bees (in GA, 6000 workers were provided by the ACLU) in their back pockets, I can’t imagine they wouldn’t have made sure they had judges too.
I don’t think it is a matter of whether or not Powell has anything but the matter of the Courts unwillingness to take on the cases. With cases not being heard or being thrown out, there is nothing Powell can do if the top court of the land will not even hear the case.
Sydney Powell has plenty of evidence. Getting any judge to consider it is the problem.
President Trump needs to take her advice seize all voting machines, ballots, registration books and more.
They should raid CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, NBC go thru their archives and publish their findings like the explosive tapes released by James O’Keefe last week. Let the evidence be judged by the people after everything comes out.

Back in 2018 when he signed this executive order he had to have had some sort of evidence that there was going to be a massive attempt to take over the country by foreign and domestic players. Its seems odd that there was prep way before the event.
If he triggers Executive Order 13848 it will precipitate the civil war we have all been expecting.
So many Freepers predicting the rise of Johnny Reb are the ones too chicken sh!t to go to even go to protest rally. ANTIFA and BLM dont have the numbers or firepower. This will not be a civil war! This is an information/deep state war, which will expose the Democraps and RINO’s! This is going after tech giants, the deep state, politicians and countrys supporting them. He has the evidence of the fraud and the people involved, including the CIA, FBI and DOJ. The universal agreement amongst all Americans is that the Government sucks and Trump is the only one doing anything. No I doubt anyone will rise to these crooks defense!
Not much actually. Feel free to enlighten me. From what I do know, I don’t see how the election so-called results are going to be overturned by an EO alone. Maybe a few folks get charged by DOJ, but we all have seen how effective in fighting political crime the DOJ has been the last 12 years.
There seems to be a little game playing going on here. One side says you can’t overturn the results of the election ———& their argument seems to be to claim hat we have no idea who the illegal votes helped or not. ...& Biden won the election because nobody can prove that most of the illegal votes went for Biden. I believe any state that had a significant amount of illegal votes cast & counted—-or law-breaking by elections officials.......its electoral votes should be split or disqualified.
And some controlling legal authority needed and needs to punish cheaters and look at evidence of rigged machinery and stolen votes, algorithms ..

I think when all is said and done, we’ll find out that the true enemy was someone or a group of people who were very close to PDJT himself. It would behoove us to find out who convinced PDJT to pick Barr as AG; Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett for SCOTUS; Brett Ludwig for United States District Judge and so on.
