You might as well say “Everybody needs to stockpile now”.
After a pipeline to Tennessee was shut down, the Governor announced there was plenty of gas. 4 hours later almost all stations were bled dry.

Well, at least they don’t have to tell them to not stockpile ammunition, since they already aren’t allowed to have tools of self defense.
