Arizona GOP Will File Election Integrity Case to SCOTUS

Arizona’s Republican Party says it’s going to appeal its election integrity case to the U.S. Supreme Court. This comes days after Arizona’s Supreme Court rejected their case.

Dr. Kelli Ward the Chairwoman of the Arizona GOP noted that it’s only the third election-related case to go to the Supreme Court. It joins Texas and Rep. Mike Kelly (R-Pa.).

Ward announced on Nov. 11 the party would appeal its election integrity case to the nation’s highest court.

“Today, it’s the day that you’ve been waiting for. Our case is going to the Supreme Court of the United States,” she said. “If we are accepted we’ll be only the third case in this presidential 2020 to be accepted by the Supreme Court.”

Ward claims the case needs to go to the Supreme Court because her party has not had due process—meaning having time to make a case, do discovery, hold a hearing all while working under what she calls “unrealistic deadlines” by the judge.

“This is going to go to the Supreme Court and guess who’s fighting it, the Democrats, the left the media, the media loves to say show us the evidence, we found evidence, but then we didn’t have enough time to do more discovery because they’ve kept that evidence locked up. It’s smoke and mirrors and the people of Arizona see right through it. So do the people of America as a whole.”

The appeal says the state needs more time to examine thousands of duplicates of damaged ballots in Maricopa County.

It also asks the court to invalidate the December 8th safe harbor deadline and the Electoral College meeting on Monday, in which the president is formally selected.

So Texas suing over other states didn’t work.

How likely os the reps suing about their own state will work?

Representation?

You mean like they represent us instead of lording it over us?

What a novel concept.

As Dr. Thomas Sowell once wrote, “Taxation _with_ representation ain’t always what it’s cracked up to be, either.”

No “Debunked” and cite FactCheck.org, Political.org, and the New York Times.

So happy to see that there are still some fighters left on our side. The doom and gloom fatalists voicing “all is lost” is quite disgusting. If the fate of our country was left to them our cause would indeed be lost. They have no fight in them.

"Are they also invested in the Communist Chinese?"

I would say the probability of the chief justice being owned by the Chinese is quite high. John Roberts needs to know his place in history is going to be the judge that caused more harm to our great nation than any other. He is a disgrace to the court.

Messing with the 1 person, 1 vote form of self-government is a surefire way to harm the common good. Anyone who is delinquent in maintaining diligence on this point is not worthy of citizenship, holding public office, or voting.

Backs Stabbing Barret Kavrnaugh and Gorsech are worse than the libs on that court. They don’t stand up to hear a case in the most pivotal point in American history? They are either compromised, corrupt, severely stupid, morally bankrupt, or all of the above.
