Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

I respectfully disagree. They GOT AWAY with the biggest fraud in history. I think that is now the accepted norm.
And they will pack the courts, the senate and the US with illegals.
So free elections are a thing of the past in the US.
They haven’t thought past the fact that their lives are being threatened by BLM/DNC/Antifa and/or the Chicoms who want them to make Bidet POTUS, and they do, physically, have the option to do that.
The thing they overlook is that Trump actually won the election and the popular vote by a vast margin and all those voters aren’t stupid. But while they can give Uncle Touchy the win, they can’t give him influence or legitimacy. The 80MM+, maybe 100MM+ voters they’re disenfranchising aren’t going to take him seriously. The victory they’re handing him is meaningless, hollow.
How? They’ll have double the number of fraudulent ballots to make that impossible next time.

Has anyone else ever thought that the supreme court justices are acting under threats of personal and family violence. Ruling on the wrong side of commons sense cases or even refusing to even consider them is becoming much more frequent. If the supreme court lays down and rolls over chaos will emerge everywhere. The people can just take so much injustices before taking care of themselves.

It was a LEGAL decision.
No state should be able to compel another state to do anything...much less follow a particular set of rules for elections.
If anything, it would be the role of the feds to ensure there are no violations of the Bill of Rights.

NO.
Tomorrow will come and not one traitor will pay. Not one paid off judge. Not one corrupt politician. Not one traitorous poll worker. No one.
One could shoot them all, but then the fraudsters in those States would just produce more ballots to elect new lefties. It's a cycle that is never going to stop.
The reason nothing is done: The democrats commit all their atrocities under the cover of the law. Example, the PA governor and Supreme Court change election law against the state constitution but the republican legislature wouldn’t act to correct it. I think the legislature even voted some of the illegal changes. But if the state itself will certify the results, federal courts won’t step in.
It was all wrong but they get away with it because they control the mechanisms of the law.

Most likely ALL members of the court had their families and themselves threatened. They ran scared.
