They’ve sealed their fate and that of the entire country,
I am no attorney, but it didn’t make sense to me that this was somehow such a superior, all-eggs-into-the-basket case.
All states have a set number of electors that is not changed by how other states execute their elections, so I never quite got the “dilution” argument.
To me the state-by-state fraud and the unlegislated change in election laws seemed the more obvious arguments.

I have been one of the most optimistic people on this board about the prospects of prevailing. To all those who I have criticized over the last few weeks for being negative, I apologize. The election is over. The Republic is over. It was a great run.

I just got a summons for jury duty. Disabled, I will ask to be excused as I can’t make it to the court. Wouldn’t if I could.
Living on SS and small pension, paid no taxes for 6 years now. Wouldn’t if I could.
I’ll never vote again, for the same reason I don’t go to play the slots at the casinos. It’s a rigged game.

Correct. I suspect President Trump and his attorneys will keep fighting. Even after the electoral college declares Biden the winner. Even after no more courts will even hear his case.
But soon, and very soon President Trump will concede. What choice does he have? Will he invoke the Insurrection Act? Martial Law?
Doubtful.
