Kraken-releasing attorney Sidney Powell is still in the process of unveiling the damning evidence that she claims indicates the 2020 presidential election was stolen from President Donald Trump.
She appeared on “Lou Dobbs Tonight” on Thursday to give additional details about Dominion and Smartmatic voting software, which is now being referred to as a “Cyber Pearl Harbor.”
“They designed and developed the Smartmatic and Dominion programs and machines that include a controller module that allows people to log in and manipulate the vote even as its happening,” Powell said. “We are finding more and more evidence of this.”
I think it will. She said election manipulation has been going on for years. There are people that hold office now that were NOT elected by the people. She said ALL elections from now on should be on paper with proper ID. Including in Georgia runoff.
To call it Cyber “Pearl Harbor” is to imply the complicity of high government officials in a known attack on the US, as was the original Pearl Harbor event.
How is Rudy anyway? No has said much.

Other way around. The burden of proof is much lower in a civil case (preponderance of evidence) than in a criminal case (beyond a reasonable doubt).

Early on I got the feeling that Sidney Powell was going to pursue the criminal side of this and that Rudy was betting everything on the Constitution as interpreted by the supreme court.
By going directly to the supreme court, Rudy is skipping over the long drawn out process of going through the appellate courts.
In addition, after reading all of the evidence and listening to the arguments, the supreme court can decide on whatever time schedule they choose. Meaning it could well be decided by the middle of January.
Ms Powell knows her choice can lake years, but she is the type that will gladly spend whatever time it takes to see justice done.
So bottom line, both have their own goals, both good.
I agree with you that a RICO case will not help the president right now but it needs to be done anyway, and I think the optics of a RICO case being filed help President Trump.
