“Because CA has the magical power to compel other states?"

Yes it does. It's called the "Power of the Purse" California legislature determines what the state citizens can legally buy. Whether through it's school system buying which history books to it's Calicare buying medical supplies, it determines what product is made. My relative was forced to change his medical treatment(here in Tennessee) because idiots in California couldn't distinguish between I.V. fluids infusion and nasal gastric feedings and people died because they forced tube feeding into a patients veins.(I sh%t you not)

The word "intervene" must mean something completely different in legal language as in simple English.

Just heard this from Greg Jarrett on Hannity Radio: Jarrett is convinced the SCOTUS is going to punt. Asking the four states to respond to Texas is pro-forma. SCOTUS is going to punt...says Jarrett.

Jarrett looks over his shoulder whenever he talks about the steal. He works for Fox.

Sorry it’s so small. If you are reading on a Windows PC, you can hit Ctrl and + sign on your keyboard to text larger.

Then hit Ctrl 0 (zero) to return to normal resolution.

well that is your defeatist prediction, but you could be right. As Yogi Barra said, predictions are hard, especially about the future.

I think a solid five of the justices have already demonstrated a lot of spine and will belly up and perform their constitutional duties. But that is a prediction just like yours.

Yes, by invasion. Oregon was flooded by Californians, now look at Portland. Colorado was flooded by Californians, Arizona was flooded with Californians, Nevada was flooded with Californians.

I agree with your assessment.
But Dammit, SCOTUS needs to hear the case and rule on it, even if they turn it over to the states legislatures. They all need to do their damned jobs and take some responsibility and demonstrate to the American public WHY things should be thus and so. They are appointed for their legal expertise, so they damned well need to use it and give us some sort of (albeit weak) satisfaction that this went through all the appropriate channels and they reached this conclusion.
To just say “We are throwing it out without hearing the case” is absolute BULLSHIT!
The American people DESERVE BETTER!

Just a history reminder: pretty much all the election “experts,” media, and lawyers told me there was no chance SCOTUS would “ever” get involved in the 2000 election right before they did.

It’s called their moment of greatness. A lot of people miss theirs. They just let it go rolling right by.

On behalf of all the Trump (& John James) voters in Michigan:

PLEASE HELP US!

We’re trying again to recall AND impeach Governor Whitmer shortly after the 11/3 steal. It’s bad enough we have to collect 1,062,647 VALID signatures (ironic that signatures on the petition WILL be compared to signatures on voter registration, unlike the election votes!!!), but there’s a time limit that applies as well. Also, the usual suspects (Twitter for example) are censoring anyone advocating the recall.

Texas suing us frankly could help out a lot!

Well, let’s count heads:

3 Stooges: Breyer, Sotomayor, Kagan - Nay
Thomas and Alito - Yay
Gorsuch - Probably Yay
Kavanaugh - Stick your finger in the air - Maybe Yay
Barrett - Pure Establishment - she will run away - Nay
Roberts - No doubt - Nay

I don’t think that we will get more than 4 votes - The Supreme Court will cave and run away. I’d wish it were otherwise, but the Establishment want Trump gone.

Consider Senator Cornyn - he won’t even support his own State’s petition. The establishment are not behind the people, they are behind their own interests.

The USSC failing to rule correctly (doing the hard thing) here is simply Dred Scott 2 and they - at least a majority, who I believe cares about both their position and legacy and the Constitution, will do their duty.

Now what the state legislatures in those fraud states do is another matter altogether. Those are much more easily purchased creatures, and I’m certain Soros and China will go all in with the lucre.

Please, God.Forgive me for ranting at you, why did you let the Democrats steal the election? I beg your forgiveness for crying out against you in my distress. I thought it meant the overthrow of our Republic. I thought you had turned your face away from our land.

The dynamic GRU originated Serbian “SMOTE” algorithms, which are at the core of HMR/SCRCD, and it’s variants at the heart of really all other derivative election fraud software programs, *are designed to “LEVEL” the voting count through time, as the ballots are cast.

In this case, this means, at least keep the Biden vote close, or even surpass the vote throughout the entire process, using much smaller unnoticeable ballot increments/percentages.

The big “spikes” everyone noticed, primarily throughout the early morning hours of 4 NOV 2020, were the result of the algorithms NOT being able to overcome the overwhelming Trump vote, as the 3% percent steal ratio was too low.

As such, there was a need to halt all ballot counts, and “jump start” Biden with massive ballot dumps, which was the reason we saw middle of the night, central ballot tabulation center arrivals of red race cars, box trucks, dumpster trucks, garbage cans, and hundreds of Democrat run city and union workers carrying in large bags, backpacks, and shopping bags full of ballots, (again, very late at night and in the early morning hours in 14 major cities).

So the algorithm was specifically designed for “LEVELING”, and not really for the big observable spikes.

Another very REAL GRU algorithm connection —

Aleksandar Lazarevic - Dominion Voting Systems

There is much more info on this.
