Com-monwealth of Pennsylvania,et al., No. 22O155 (filed Dec. 7, 2020). Plaintiff in Intervention seeks leave to file the ac-companying Bill of Complaint in Intervention against the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the States of Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin (“Defendant States”), challenging their administration of the 2020 presidential election.

No. That is not correct. It was Secretaries of State and other election officials who made illegal new rules without approval by the legislature.

Regarding covid, the Supreme Court already has stated that is no excuse for being fast and loose.

Each state delegation gets one vote - in other words, Wyoming has the same clout as California and Texas. And pubbies control 27 state delegations.

Those Rinos will have greater medical issues if they don’t vote for Trump.

If, as we are expecting the SCOTUS to rule, the Republican Majority Legislatures in these four states will be the ones who will select the slate of Electors.

If Rino Legislators in the four states defect and select Biden Electors, that will be the instant demise of the Republican Party.

Not sure why only 48 states. Maybe two states have equal number of Dem and Rep members in the House of Representatives.

Before any vote happens by the House of Representatives, the Electoral College has to vote.

Will be interesting to see them all argue that Trump doesn’t have standing.

I assume we are talking about the Federal House of Representatives. The House delegation of each state delegation are polled. If it’s majority GOP and party discipline is maintained that state becomes one Trump vote in the House. A simple majority elects the President. So if it’s 27 GOP & 21 Rats Trump wins. The Senate picks the VP, this where it could end up odd. The Senate picks the VP via a simple majority of all the Senators. If its the new Senate depending on how Georgia comes out we could end up with Kamala ad VP !

Not all legal pundits agree with this case. It is interesting to read their opinions and compare, somewhat like being on a jury. For example, Steve Vladeck, professor of Law at University of Texas School of Law, is not a fan as described in his Hot Take 17 states and Trump join Texas' lawsuit. It's still a doomed Supreme Court stunt opinion piece.

It is educational to read viewpoints from both sides.

Thats what I was thinking too. Best for him to stay out, unless he wants to debrief the SCOTUS on top secret election night monitoring that the public or states do not know about. 4 of them hate him for just being alive.
