The 6-3 SCOTUS RULING came to us as personal
communication from a trusted source. Since we could
not find an official declaration, we removed the
post. Praying it will come to fruition.

Link changed to the above messege.

Im talking about the vote to hear it

Not the vote on the case

Understood, but Roberts may be signaling which way he will vote on the case.

How?

Don’t listen to him on the radio that much as I use to and in the past I never missed him.

I do watch to him most of the time on FOX. He went anti-Trump in the beginning but he came around.

I didn’t like Trump in the beginning, voted against putting Cankles and the rapist back in the White House. Now I’m broken glass on steroids for him.

He woke America.

Fake news. The Court granted the defendant states until Thursday to respond to Texas's request to file a complaint.

There will be civil unrest if this isn’t corrected. I don’t want to be a Debbie Downer but don’t feel this is going to go how we want it. I just don’t understand with such obvious fraud people weren’t arrested instead of this continuous fight
over criminal actions even Helen Keller would see. I propose if the SC goes against us, Texas should secede from the rest of the states and get surrounding states to join. We could choke off the liberal states by withholding goods. Just a thought

What is nonsense? That the case has been put on the docket and opposing arguments are accepted until a Thursday deadline?

In Supreme Court parlance, "docketed" just means "filed." And what Texas filed is not a lawsuit, but a motion for permission to file a lawsuit. The Court gave the defendants until Thursday to respond to that motion.

Fake news. The Supreme Court has original jurisdiction in cases between states. They have to hear it. There is no vote to grant certioari in cases like this. I think the court has given the defendants until Thursday to file their responses so it's moving along.

Regardless of the cases related to fraud, the Texas case will determine who will be President.

“ Most excellent. Mark Levin said just earlier they wouldn’t do it for fear of repercussions such as civil unrest.”

i find it hard to believe Levine thinks the SC will let something unconstitutional stand because of fear.

SCOTUS only denied emergency injunction, not the merits. The opposition’s brief said that it would violate separation of powers for SCOTUS to intervene and I think they bought that argument. However, nothing prevents them from declaring that the election violated the constitution and should be placed in hands of the PA legislature.

If Roberts votes with it he’ll write the decision and water it down as much as possible. Keep him off it and let Clarence write a 5-4 decision. Better yet, let Roberts join Breyera and Sotomayer and have Clarence write a 6-3 decision with Kogan #6. Unlikely, but she’s the most honest of the 3 official libs.

Is there a confirmation link, for that??

All I can find is a vid of Allen West (TX GOP Chair) saying this will happen.

Hoping it already has.

TIA.

The fear of Civil unrest argument is bull-loney. The Constitution doesn’t take a backseat for unrest or a pandemic (scamdemic). They must act according to the law and rule. To do nothing is not an option.
