The 6-3 SCOTUS RULING came to us as personal
communication from a trusted source. Since we could
not find an official declaration, we removed the
post. Praying it will come to fruition.

Link changed to the above messege.

It has already been posted on FR. Texas is suing PA, MI, GA and WI. That’s the original suit.

This is where the real meat of the election fraud will be aired.

Sydney Powell and her Kraken were always a side-show.

>> Roberts is no longer the Swinger Vote. That role apparently belongs to Kavenaugh, hand picked by Kennedy to replace Kennedy. <<

Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch are all swing votes.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: we have an equally divided 3-3-3 court... 3 rock solid conservatives, 3 hard core communists, and 3 right-of-center squishes who can defect to the RATS on any given case.

“ Most excellent. Mark Levin said just earlier they wouldn’t do it for fear of repercussions such as civil unrest.”

i find it hard to believe Levine thinks the SC will let something unconstitutional stand because of fear.

i find it hard to believe they dont understand what they should really fear if fraud prevails...it isnt antifa

Yes....I’ve know about that case...since last night.

Just trying to find confirmation that other states, besides Texas, have joined in the suit.

Thanks.

There is no such thing as a “Ruling” just to hear a case if it is an appeal - that’s the “Rule of 4” - if 4 Justices want to hear the case. There’s no “ruling” or formal vote to include decent just to hear a case. If there is a vote to rule on injunctions, etc. that would be a separate matter.

There are very rare instances where the Court can hear cases in Original Jurisdiction.

Your insight is sound. Once the presidential race is finalized, then lawsuits over fraud in the down ballot races continue, right on into 2021 and beyond if needed. The revelation of the dominion vote weighting fraud is a powerful hammer with which many down ballot races where Smartmatic software was used can be overturned. The republicants might have actually taken over the House and retained the Senate when all the lawsuit dust settles ...and that is why the demon rats are fighting to keep their stolen election in tact, from the top down.

“ However, nothing prevents them from declaring that the election violated the constitution and should be placed in hands of the PA legislature”

Except the fact that they have no such authority.

Thanks.

That’s what I’m asking about.....confirmation that these other states...LA, AL, KY, FL, MS, AR and SD have, in fact, joined in this lawsuit.

All I can find is a vid of Allen West (TX GOP Chair) saying they ARE LIKELY to join.

Do you have a link, for confirmaiton, that these other states have joined in our TX lawsuit?

TIA.

“Maybe John Roberts might very well be on our side on this issue.”

Maybe Roberts does not want a stacked court.
