That is NOT the case this thread is about. The case you mentioned is the suit from the Rep. Mike Kelly etc. etc

Pray SCOTUS thinks it’s rejecting that one state PA case in favor of a superior TX case which can swing the whole enchilada on similar grounds. Simplifies things for them and potentially for the country. Wishful thinking or true, I have no idea, but it is plausible. SCOTUS lets many decent test cases go by until it gets the one that really suits it to make a big point. Also, with TX case SCOTUS, d/t original jurisdiction, does the whole thing without interference of lower courts. In cases appealed of the line it might be more appropriate to rule a little and remand back to lower courts, allowing further obstruction. We’ll now soon enough and we’ll likely get a written opinion.

I read 75% of the document, all the arguments were strictly constitutional in nature. Angle of attack is violation of the state constitution. Thanks so much for replying.

"Just in at 17:45 pm EST ... I guess it’s over? “Supreme Court Rejects Bid To Decertify Biden’s PA Win; No Explanation, No Dissents”"Kelly, not Texas.
- "The new mainstream media meme is we need a “6-week lockdown to starve the virus”"
- "but the media make Trump’s tweets seem more real."
Why do you people accept MSM at face value for breaking news and then inevitably complain later the MSM lied to you and is no damn good? Why the disconnect?

Is it the governor or legislature of each state that joins? I have a Dim governor but GOP legislature.

I think that refers to the case filed by the Pennsylvania GOP, not the Texas case, although I’m not sure this docket document means they will hear that case either.

I doubt Michigan’s legislature will do the right thing. Recent communication with my state rep leads me to that conclusion. Also the way the witnesses who testified were treated showed what most of the Republicans there think of our opinions.

GREAT POST!
Still no MSM coverage!
They are all focused on the PA case of course, instead.

Justice Alito’s ruling has many nervous regarding ‘Safe Harbor Day’ BUT there is judicial precedence where certification has been overturned & EC votes awarded to real winner—JFK won Hawaii after originally awarded to Nixon. Reversal came on Dec 27th AFTER Dec 8 Safe Harbor Day!
Thanks for tracking this down!

I’ve tried to get that across to people many times over the years. Docketing happens to thousands of cases every year. It’s literally part of the process. People can search the Court’s electronic docket if they don’t believe it.

he’ll find some half-a**ed logic to vote with the libs.
Not sure we can count on Kavanaugh either. Inconsistency of rulings has never been an issue for Roberts.
