Law and Crime ^ | December 8, 2020 | Aaron Keller

Lawyers representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on Tuesday morning filed a motion to oppose a lawsuit filed by U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, a Republican who zealously supports President Donald Trump. Kelly’s lawsuit argues that Pennsylvania’s supreme court violated the U.S. Constitution when it failed to rule that state election law violated the Pennsylvania constitution. In summary, the case seeks basically to flip the election in Trump’s favor in Pennsylvania.

Wolf is okay with the fraud? Should be a prison term for that.

Is it more disruptive to assure there is no fraud or to accept a perceived fraudulently elected candidate?

“Once the door is opened to judicial invalidation of presidential election results, it will be awfully hard to close that door again.”

The same can be said, more persuasively, about election fraud. Judicial actions, however “unprecedented”, can be reversed, eventually. A corrupt government that installs itself by fraud, on the other hand, is self-perpetuating. You can never vote it out of power.

Justice Alito from the US Supreme Court requested this response from PA, by this morning, to help him and the US Supreme Court might rule.

This is what they sent Alito. Now we wait.

Their suit is nothing less than an affront to constitutional democracy.

Since when have we become a constitutional democracy?

That was my first thought as well. And while their core argument there was somehat persuasive, consider the source. Probably not even correct historically if checked completely.

One could also ask are there any limits on the level of voting fraud and/or manipulation of elections? If not, then we are surely on a very slippery slope toward a bad place.

They only file counter-suits when the court is not corrupt.

So - yes, a good sign.

Exactly. I get so tired of hearing it called a "democracy". It's a CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC.

There, I feel better. :-)

Maybe we should call it a Constitutional Monarchy and see if anyone notices.

Then, if the term needs to be “corrected” we can make the point that we are clearly established as a Republic.

Vote flipping evidence explained on video;

Dominion ‘Vote Flip’, Fact vs Fiction in Ware County Ga.
https://twitter.com/i/status/1336177638528983041

From the Video at 2:50;

OAN Reporter “Voter GA confirmed with the Ware County Election director indeed, 37 votes had been electronically switched for unknown reasons. A mistake discovered during the hand recount. Oddly, the 37 vote mistake represented the 0.26% of the county totals, exactly Biden’s statewide margin total of 0.26%”

I don’t think this case is about evidence, but rather a matter of law. Regardless of any fraud, is Act 77 of 2019 actually a law?
