The State of Texas filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court shortly before midnight on Monday challenging the election procedures in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin on the grounds that they violate the Constitution.
Texas argues that these states violated the Electors Clause of the Constitution because they made changes to voting rules and procedures through the courts or through executive actions, but not through the state legislatures. Additionally, Texas argues that there were differences in voting rules and procedures in different counties within the states, violating the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. Finally, Texas argues that there were “voting irregularities” in these states as a result of the above.

And after an early setback (smallpox cost us Canada) we kicked smallpox’s butt too during the war. By using variolization, something way to scary for modern minds, we had little trouble with smallpox the rest of the war.

You're telling me, the John Adams miniseries showed the process of variolization within the Adams household. Abigail was one strong woman!
They also showed a simulated tar and feathering...ah, the good old days!!! lol

Why couldn't Guiliani have done his November 5th? Guiliani represents President Trump... he has standing but had to go after each state individually and has had to jump through a myriad of hoops trying to get to the SCOTUS. This was a gordian knot type of solution.

I have no link; but watching NBC from the first, after our local nightly news, after the intros and all were over, Indiana was touted as going for Trump with only 1% being reported!

People in states which do not sanction election fraud have a constutional right not to have the national leaders which their votes helped elect ousted by election fraud in states where non-legislative officials unconstitutionally replace legislative edicts with election rules which institutionalize cheating. This is EXACTLY why we do NOT allow (legally) non-citizens to vote!

Noun. 1. variolization - the obsolete process of inoculating a susceptible person with material taken from a vesicle of a person who has smallpox.

Since Texas was an independent sovereign nation when it jointed the USA it can leave the USA and once again be an independent sovereign nation anytime it wants. All it has to do under international law is announce the agreement between the USA and Texas is null and void. And then wait the required time period (two years IIRC).
Texas also has it own electric grid, its own ports, and it own air force!
