And after an early setback (smallpox cost us Canada) we kicked smallpox’s butt too during the war. By using variolization, something way to scary for modern minds, we had little trouble with smallpox the rest of the war.

You're telling me, the John Adams miniseries showed the process of variolization within the Adams household. Abigail was one strong woman!

They also showed a simulated tar and feathering...ah, the good old days!!! lol
