Not sounding like an ABSOLUTE IDIOT in claiming that she owns the judges who will hear her case (unless she actually does, somehow, own those judges...which, of course, would be highly illegal).
But the lawsuits are fine, and I’m glad she’s doing that much. But making 100 percent promises is not only sounding like an idiot, it is DARING them to rule against her. And I think most attorneys (and others) would agree with me.

Why don’t you man up and come up with your own plan for how we overcome the massive fraud and post it all for us to see, so we can all be enlightened.
IMHO, Biden was one of the worst candidates in history. Trump should have won it running away with the largest landslide ever. But he didn't and a major reason was his own behavior - going crazy on twitter, denigrating others publicly, too much bragging and hubris, exaggeration and prevarication, etc. These attributes seem to thrill his "bots" but didn't set all that well with people who still value a modicum of civility and humility. Unnecessarily pissing off people and running roughshod over everything and everybody is generally not a winning strategy.
They need something more to go with it which should come from experts. If judges are determined to knock out all legal argument, it gets really difficult. We need some knock-out blow to smash their stonewalling. I expected it to be software and data from machines.
Look at the link I posted, in her motions are an impressive amount of experts who will be testifying today, unless the dems stall again, many of the same experts are being used by Trump’s team.

That said, I believe Trump will win because being a winner is very important to him...and he has a great deal of experience at it.
A loss here will mean one of two things to Trump:
One, he will see all that he has achieved over-shadow by being the President who was in the WH when the country was lost to communism, the Deep State, and the CCP. This will mean disgrace to the Trump name. Or,I may be wrong, but I am betting my future on Trump. He is our last, best hope.Two, he will somehow pull this thing off.

For Kraken, she seems to already know what it is, at the time. I believed Kraken could be the direct evidence from voting machine and servers. It will turn everything upside down, and settle things once and for all.
Would it have not been wonderful if, during the Mueller investigation, people jumped up and down demanding evidence, the blockbuster, the bombshell, the smoking gun, that proved Trump did collude with the Russians? And with the inference that if he did not quickly reveal it, the whole thing was a sham?

I don’t see a way around this current scam of absentee voting. I visit the hood of Milwaukee and Chicago on a pretty regular basis, there is no way in my lifetime that the GOP will be able to stop the fraud that exists in these urban areas.
So that is a positive development. If he and other tech analysts are allowed to actually examine machines, our chances of victory will shoot up.
