Brad Raffensperger has been the Georgia Secretary of State since 2019.

He won his election by using the Dominion voting machines and software. Did Dominion and their poll workers change numbers for him to win?

Maybe he is not really a Republican but is a progressive posing as a conservative.....

Raffensperger directed the mailing of absentee (mail-in) ballot applications to all of Georgia's 6.9 million active registered voters for the state's June 2020 primary. (It didn't happen but he was pushing the mail in ballots)

Raffensperger created an online portal for Georgia voters to request absentee ballots. He encouraged voters to take advantage of in-person early voting and mail-in voting.

The November 2020 general election in Georgia went smoothly, according to Wikipedia 2 hours ago

Raffensperger credited the successful process to the record numbers of voters who cast ballots before Election Day, either by mail or during Georgia's three-week period of in-person early voting.

... a runoff election in Georgia against their Democratic opponents, which is set to take place on January 5, 2021, and will determine party control of the Senate. (this is a very good reason for someone to cheat and lie their way into a position such as SoS)
