Records: Lin Wood Has for Decades Voted for, Donated to Democrats Including Barack Obama and David Perdue’s 2014 Opponent
Breitbart ^ | 2 Dec 2020 | MATTHEW BOYLE

Posted on 12/02/2020 5:44:43 PM PST by conservative98

Georgia-based attorney Lin Wood is getting lots of attention for urging supporters of President Donald Trump to break with the president and not vote for GOP Sens. David Perdue (R-GA) and Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) in the upcoming January 5 runoff elections.

Wood’s public comments run counter to President Trump’s own public statements and wishes, as the president has repeatedly urged his supporters to support Loeffler and Perdue and is heading to Valdosta, Georgia, on Saturday to rally with the GOP senators. Wood’s comments are also in line with what top national Democrats are pushing for, as Breitbart News has reported a national anti-Trump Democrat Super PAC called “Really American PAC” is running billboards carrying a message nearly identical to what Wood is saying.

While Wood made his comments purportedly as a self-described supporter of Trump, while donning a red “Make America Great Again” ball cap, the real story here is that Wood is by no means a Republican and there is no record in Georgia of him ever voting for President Trump—in 2016 or in 2020—in the Republican primaries. While Wood did vote in the 2020 and 2016 general elections in Georgia—there are no records in Georgia of him pulling a GOP primary ballot in 2016 or 2020, the two years President Trump was on the ticket. Ironically, in both the 2020 and 2016 general elections, state records show that Wood voted absentee—by mail—in Georgia, the same system he is now railing against.

So long as he’s a zealous and effective advocate for Trump Campaign’s legal cause, I don’t care if he votes for Ron Kuby or Bella Abzug’s ghost. It’s actually more credible if he’s a liberal, that he’s making a stand on principle.

If only ‘conservatives’ were as mad at Brian Kemp, Geoff Duncan and Brad Raffensperger as they are at Lin Wood and Sidney Powell.

Do you think a spineless Republican Senate with a razor thin majority, who didn’t have the courage to stand up for election integrity and to fight for the Presidency, will actually stand up to a communist ‘rat WH and House of Representatives? Yeah right.

If Trump doesn’t prevail in this, it’s all over and these two senate seats don’t matter.

No.. he pushed for a boycott of the runoff election. Fortunately, very few would bother listening to him.

Amen. Lawyers are not campaign workers. Unless they’re actually sabotaging the legal work, political convictions are irrelevant to a good lawyer, and Sidney Powell and Lin Wood are among the best.

I’m madder at Bill Barr, who supposedly works for the United States of America, including the office of POTUS, and has dragged his feet on everything.

As for Brian Kemp, et al., hang him up by his balls along with the rest.

EXACTLY! That very basic fact seems to escape many on this sight, who seem to have taken a “screw it.. burn it all” mindset toward the runoffs. Those of us who see the bigger picture understand both battles can be fought simultaneously.

Wasn’t Dershowitz a long-time Dem when he told us the impeachment was a farcical fraud?

Give me links with dollar figures to back up your claim. Cnn indicated it was settled for nuisance value despite the non disclosure. I suspect higher than nuisance value but far less than asked

Btw..how much money did richard jewell make from his ordeal that was far worse with the same lawyer repping him.he said most of his money went to lawyers and taxes. Do you really believe n y post gave him 15 million. Not a chance

Remember Juan McCain and his vote on Obamaocare?

Collins and Murkowski also voted against Obamacare repeal. And Senator Shelby’s boy Doug Jones, too. The GOP has done a good job blaming McCain for it but the reality is he was only the deciding vote because of those other 3 votes.

We are talking a two different things. I agree with you this election was total corruption and a coup.

The thing I was calling misinformation are the stories coming out against Lin Woods, etc. Those are hit jobs to create confusion and conflicts.

And Powell’s legal briefs are now the stuff of legend... not in a good way. Whoever slapped those together on behalf of the President didn’t care to give them a second look to see whether they looked minimally presentable.

Yes. They’re COUNTING on emotional reactions like boycotting the election or writing the president’s name in. They’d love that.
