Christopher Wray will remain the director of the FBI into the Joe Biden administration unless President Donald Trump fires him first, a Biden transition official told The New York Times.
Trump has reportedly considered firing Wray over his handling of information from the FBI’s investigation of the Trump campaign in 2016. Trump issued a non-committal response just before the election last month on whether he planned to retain Wray as FBI chief.
Wray, a Republican, was confirmed by the Senate on Aug. 2, 2017. He replaced James Comey, who Trump fired on May 9, 2017.
The anonymous Biden official said that the president-elect is “not removing the FBI director unless Trump fired him,” according to The New York Times...

The positioning of Wray— was on Chris Christie’s support. So it’s doughnut boy and obamaumao hugging “metro-whatever” slob Christie who is to focus on. Trump long ago realized, with known facts we are not privy to— that Wray is a fake, a toadie.
I can only assume Wray has some major dirt on him or a family member.

President Trump should dismiss this sucker at once. And the GOP Senate should refuse to confirm this slimy creep if anyone nominates him again.
Wray sucks and I wish he’d been fired long ago. Anybody put in place by Biden would arguably be worse, but at least it would be nice to see Wray’s legacy ruined by a jolly firing...

Too bad - rumor was that Sidney Powell was going to replace Wray in the second Trump administration - maybe we’ll get to see it yet - t’would be worth the price of admission.....

I am surprised he is not bringing Comey back, but his secrets appear very safe with Wray.
