Arizona has. Georgia has. Michigan has. Pennsylvania has. Wisconsin has. Only Nevada hasn't.

Of the 6 contested states with legal challenges or recounts or something, all 6 have certified their results and 5 of them have sent their list of electors to the National Archives.

If the outcome was that Trump wins, then there likely isn’t evidence to change that outcome.

Aside from the waistline, there is no difference between Barr and Sessions. If only Rudy had taken the AG job when Trump offered it way back when... we would not be in this pickle.

Whether or not it effects the election outcome is irrelevant to the DoJ. It’s their job to determine if fraud occurred and this statement confirms it.

It’s not their job to determine or even look in to whether or not it would effects the outcome.
