The Washington state auditor has accused the head of the state’s unemployment agency of allegedly hindering an investigation into massive fraud resulting in the theft of $576 million in taxpayer dollars.
State Auditor Pat McCarthy says Employment Security Department Commissioner Suzi LeVine imposed significant constraints on auditors conducting the investigation, including limiting interviews with key employees and delaying access to important documents.

John Carlson at KVI was all over this story today - I don’t think anything short of an armed march on Olympia will ever fix this state. These people are criminals and need to be treated as such.

There has been a virtual news black out on it ever since.
Our incumbent Governor and incumbent Attorney General were both reelected about a month ago, both with 56% of the vote.
If the issue even came up during their reelection campaigns, I never heard about from the Seattle news media.
I still do not know if the $576 million was state or federal money, or both.
I care, and 72,000,000 Americans like me. Thats 72 MILLION really pissed off Americans who are really paying attention to Government Corruption.
On another note the town shooting range was packed today, never seen it so full.
