In capitalism you are guaranteed all that you can afford. In socialism you are guaranteed an equal portion of nothing.
That was a very easy benchmark to achieve. Just adjust the measurements, the schools in the usa do it all the time on the kids, but end up graduating poorly educated kids into society.
End piverty, just shoot poor people?

Don’t they mean ending the complaints about being poor? I know a lot of people that have escaped china and hear a lot different story.
That is usually how it works. They take the poor rural people out of the land, move to cities, and create large agricultural projects or in this case...a resort?
China is a facade, having been there a few times for work, once you get past the superficial surface glitz, it’s pretty run down.
