I thought the same thing. It is worrying when the CDC and epidemiologists cannot do simple arithmetic and logic.
As someone else posted somewhere: All the congresscritters should be forced to take it first. IF it’s good, the country is saved. IF they die, the country is saved.

I still harbor thoughts the crazed “liberals” would happily release a disease to kill all the “undesirable” ,that is, people who won’t cooperate.

I’ve got a couple of points on the preference chart. Someone else can have my place in line for the Swine Wuhan Flu vaccine. Because I’m old enough to remember when Leslie Lynch King was the appointed president.

Essential employee(petrochem engineering), age 65, AND essential caretaker for wife with multiple co-morbidities. We are blessed being able to live out in the “country” but within 30 minutes of a great hospital and 93 miles from the best hospitals in the USA(Houston).
Am not looking forward to making hard decisions if “mandatory” vax is required to keep working. Do NOT want to be a beta tester for these vaxes. Got the first polio vax and NO flu/pandemic flu vaxes ever. Probably had the CCP 19 virus in December due to exposure to engineers who had been to China. Best friend had it in December 2019, same time I was ill for weeks with ALL of the CCP19 symptoms. He has antibodies now. Friends from Taiwan gave us a heads up in early December to get masks and take certain supplements to lessen chances of a serious case if exposed and caught. THAT seems to have worked.
Again, they can keep these VAX Rev 1.0 for others.
This whole notion of give the vaccine to whoever you don’t like, first, is just plain dumb. The trials would have turned up any immediate risks: They did not. What could be a bit risky is long term stuff, some of which can be guarded against, and some, well, it won’t be known for some years.
So, what, wait around for 10 years?
The heck with this risk-averse rabbit stuff. We have to get this country working again. The vaccines are our best bet, coupled with ever increasing treatment advances. Time to invoke Admiral Farragut!
Screw vaccines. Especially this one !
