Wasnt there suppose to be a hearing today from the Judge that enjoined further certification?
Why does it require legislation to seek accountability?
Well the direct answer is because Article II section 1 gives the state legislature the power to select electors as they see fit. If they wanted they could not even have the people vote at all (although in all 50 states they have chosen to do so).

After The Trump Team apparently fumbled the ball at the 3rd Circuit Court it appears to me that Trump is down to a yet to be filed Sydney Powell case and an action by the Republican majority PA legislature to take charge and designate the GOP Electors to vote when the Electoral College meets.
I think we can see where Sydney is heading and hopefully the Kraken will invade PA soon.
But I’m betting that most Freepers don’t understand the legislative path. I have just a general understanding of how it works and our chances of success.
So ...
There must be a Pennsylvania Freeper out there somewhere who can set us straight. How it works. The odd of winning. The timeline.

I think this is a first step in the Legislature taking control.
