Court records show that the case was assigned Tuesday to Judge Emmet Sullivan, the same judge who presided over the criminal case against former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn and who in early November ordered the U.S. Postal Service to sweep facilities in states including Georgia and Michigan to ensure that mail-in ballots were delivered.
The new lawsuit asks the court to declare that Trump’s campaign engaged in conduct that violated the Voting Rights Act and seeks to prohibit the campaign, and anyone acting in concert or on its behalf, from “continuing to exert pressure on state or local officials to disenfranchise Plaintiffs or other Black voters by not certifying the results of the November 2020 election, or by appointing an unlawful slate of electors that disenfranchises Plaintiffs or other Black voters.”

Agreed! Why hasn’t the higher appeals court sanctioned him for his egregious actions RE: Michael Flynn yet? Wasn’t there a previous but recent decision by that very appeals court that gave a clear direction on how that case should have been handled when DOJ rescinded their case? Thanks!

Sullivan was going to issue a decision on the Flynn case this week. Sidney Powell asked President Trump not to pardon Flynn — at least not yet.
I would have been tempted to hold off for a week or so to let Sullivan drop the case, then pardoned Flynn if he didn’t.
As to this case, I would demand a change of venue, claiming that it is impossible for Sullivan to conduct a fair trial on any matter related to President Trump. I would cite the Flynn case as an example of that.
This corrupt AF judge should recuse himself or else gouge his own eyeballs out. Justice should be blind. One way or the other.
This is the same judge that Sidney Powell exposed in her book Licensed to Lie. I can’t begin to imagine her frustration.
It’s about time we started giving it back as hard as we are getting it. Have the DOJ arrest Judge Sullivan for interfering with the national election.
If the charges are dropped later we can always find some political hack judge to reinstitute them, that’s worked in the past...
