Takes some pressure off of Sidney at a critical time - she doesn’t have to worry about dealing with Sullivan as Flynn’s lawyer. That’s in addition to Flynn just plain needs to be released from the political persecution hell he’s been enduring for years.

I’m thinking Powell will be too busy with the Dominion thing to keep going in the Flynn thing and who knows how much longer the corrupt Judge Sullivan will be able to stall things. Sucks that this won’t wipe Flynn’s record but at least he won’t have a gag order anymore. I imagine Trump talked to Flynn about it and left the decision up to him.

If Trump fails in his efforts to overcome fraud I would not be surprised if Trump were to resign the Presidency before 1/19 and have Pence pardon him for any and all to prevent the DoJ witch hunts sought by Holder and others.
