Does she have the ability under PA law to decertify what was already done as it pertains to Biden..and then as it pertains to all the other races.

I believe what it says is:

Pa can’t certify the election at least until after a hearing where evidence of vote fraud will be presented and the court will decide if there is sufficient grounds to admit a full blown case seeking to overturn the election in Pa.

The hearing will be on Friday. This evidentiary hearing is where Perry Mason gets most of his cases settled or thrown out in favor of his clients, the defendants. Perry hardly ever goes to a jury trial.

Not that I've been able to find. Once the vote has been certified then apparently it's set. Next step is to send the certificates to the Electoral College.

That may have some impact on them.

Just about anybody can become a General Flynn if somebody with deep enough pockets makes a claim against them. Personal bankruptcy for legal debts is a terrible thing. Just terrible.

It is about time the other side gets a dose of heavy handed reminders.

Yes, if this fraud is overturned they will raise all kinds of hell but I think they will be subject to overplaying that hand too. I know I’m fed up with their crap and just about all other of the same thing as well.

I am not an expert on PA election law, but I assume so, but that would require more evidence than to just stop something continuing further. My expressed concern is that the PA Supreme Court will reverse the Commonwealth Court's action in another 5-2 partisan vote. So, I don't know its worth taking the time to research.

As long as the presidential electors have not yet been certified, then this might get righted. Once a slate of electors gets appointed, then we can have more than one appointed, and it is a mess.
