LAS VEGAS (AP) — The Nevada Supreme Court made Joe Biden’s win in the state official on Tuesday, approving the state's final canvass of the Nov. 3 election.
The unanimous action by the seven nonpartisan justices sends to Democratic Gov. Steve Sisolak results that will deliver six electoral votes from the western U.S. battleground state to Biden.
The court action drew extra scrutiny amid legal efforts by the state GOP and Trump campaign to prevent sending vote-by-mail ballots to all 1.82 million active registered voters and then to stop the counting of the 1.4 million votes that were cast.

Not only that, it is an attack on the US Constitution.
As the prospect of court packing becomes much more likely, it’s very possible that the Supremes, sensing their court will be destroyed, back the constitutional election challenges Trump brings.
The justices know their court is about to be destroyed should the Biden forces win.
They have no choice but to overturn the election or give in to the mob about to destroy the court.

That's the process in Nevada. The Supreme Court canvasses the votes assisted by the Secretary of State.
"On the fourth Tuesday of November after each general election, the justices of the Supreme Court, or a majority thereof, shall meet with the Secretary of State, and shall open and canvass the vote for the number of presidential electors to which this State may be entitled, United States Senator, Representative in Congress, members of the Legislature, state officers who are elected statewide or by district, district judges, or district officers whose districts include area in more than one county and for and against any question submitted."
Doesn’t lend constitutionality to it.
It's the legal process in Nevada. Nothing particularly unconstitutional about it. After all, they're certifying the winner in Nevada, not the counrty.
The electoral process is tied to the US Constitution. If their “legal” process violates those clauses of the Constitution, then they are not constitutional.
Giuliani and the Trump Team has a court appearance scheduled for Nevada this is not over yet.

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2. It’s done in a way that subverts republican form of government by eliminating the checks and balances between legislature and judiciary, so it also violates Article 4 Section 4.

But pastor Paula White from the pulpit 3 weeks ago prayed fervently, and then in her prayer, openly and confidently delivered a prophesy. She said “The Lord says it is done. The Lord gave us His victory” and claimed angels were coming from Africa and South America to America to overturn the votes. Should we wait a little longer? Or maybe she got the prophesy wrong? Then Kenneth Copeland prayed much the same thing, said the election was secured (and used Jesus’ name to publicly “command it”) and laughed at the media.
POTUS today cleared Biden to receive his daily PDB intelligence briefing.
These things should be troubling for a true Christian. What’s going on here?!
