Doesn’t lend constitutionality to it.

It's the legal process in Nevada. Nothing particularly unconstitutional about it. After all, they're certifying the winner in Nevada, not the counrty.

The electoral process is tied to the US Constitution. If their “legal” process violates those clauses of the Constitution, then they are not constitutional.
