I continue to have faith, despite the loss from the Third Circuit Court of appeals. Amazingly, the opinion was written by a DJT appointee, and co-authored by the chief judge of the circuit, who was a W. Bush appointee.
I just pray that DJT brings back Sidney Powell. She is regarded by all as a woman of personal strength, integrity, and faith. I don’t know why she is left to fight her lawsuits alone. In fact, I pray that DJT fires Giuliani and puts Powell in her place.
Have faith and pray. The Lord never abandons us.
The opinion can now be appealed to the full 3rd Circuit or to the US Supreme Court.

Rudy has not put together a coherent lawsuit backed by solid evidence and alleging violation of Federal or Constitutional issues that can be reviewed by SCOTUS.

On the other hand, I am focusing on the course of Sidney Powell's voluminous and expert presentation that will demonstrate conclusively election-overturning violations of Federal and/or Constitutional issues.
These violations , as you state, can be reviewed by SCOTUS. In fact, my conclusion rests on the proven high-voltage of Sidney's legal power. She will appeal her 400+ solidly-documented case thru every lower court and into the US Supreme Court of America.
The final decision will reflect exactly the Court's recent decision against NY Gov Cuomo's state-wide anti-religion mandate--5 to 4 in favor of overturning the results of the current election (Roberts with the Dem minority).
So I remain fully confident in my summary statement:
When the fully documented and air-tight case for massive fraud against President Trump's re-election is submitted to the Supreme Court, the final vote and resolution of the issue will be an exact replica of today's Supreme Court vote supporting religious freedom and the U.S. Constitution.

I think Sidney Powell should have managed this from day one.
Elsewhere I have posted my thoughts on steps that should have been taken months BEFORE the election. Specifically, Team Trump should have used every political means possible to oppose state legislatures allowing mail ballots. Any legislation that passed through Team Trump opposition should have been tested in Fed or state court. After that, teams of attorneys should have been retained in each contested state.
Giuliani, as DJT’s personal attorney, should have managed this project. He blew it, in a very big way.
Yes, I believe you’re correct. Since this was by a State Supreme Court, the next and final recourse is to the US Supreme Court. That’s my understanding .....
