Ironically, outside of proven direct fraud, this is the best legal case I believe the Trump team has in PA.
Precedent and prior cases bring this directly under the equal protection clause AND what these election officials did (and they do have lots of affidavits to this - I read some) directly contradicted PA state election laws.
It is good the judge acted quickly because it will go to the circuit court faster.

Amazing how in 2000 algore was able to get the FL Supreme Court involved in less than 2 weeks while here it seems Trump has to climb the ladder over lower courts.

Procedural - the judge won’t allow the Trump campaign to block the state legislature.
OTOH - the Republican controlled state legislature can and are in the process of doing so.
Make no mistake - we’ve seen a high ranking federal judge refuse to drop the case on Flynn after the prosecution dropped the case and will prosecute on his own.
That’s child’s play to the shenanigans the communist judges will pull now.

That Judge is Right leaning as per the poster here. He posted yesterday.
DIdnt say what version of school..High School or Law School
Appears to me the poster is a lawyer
SO dont necessarily write off the Judge as an Obama stoolie
