Judge tosses last election lawsuit in Arizona

An Arizona judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit from two voters alleging mishandled ballots, the final election-related case pending in the state that voted for a Democratic presidential candidate for the first time in more than 20 years.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Margaret Mahoney ruled that the case, involving only two ballots, would not have altered the outcome of the election....

Meanwhile, Drobina said that a tabulator rejected his ballot when he tried to insert it on Election Day, after which a poll worker suggested he put it in a slot for ballots tabulated by individual election workers.

Alexander Kolodin, the lawyer representing the two plaintiffs, argued that Drobina's ballot should not have been reviewed by election officials, adding that state law requires machines - when operating properly - to "record correctly and count accurately every vote cast."

Maricopa county used Dominion Systems software to tabulate its votes. As has been shown by data experts in PA this software uses a sophisticated algorithm to distribute a calculated vote ratio between candidates to multiple precincts allowing it to predetermine a winner without detection once the operators determined the number of ballots needed to catch up. This is why they had to stop the counting to allow the algorithm to determine the right number.

Data analysis of the Arizona data would also show this fraud manipulation as it happened in real time. Here’s a link to the analyst video that is a bit technical but show how the trick worked pretty well.

If this goes to crap Americans will never trust that elections will “be we the people for the people.” There is no more “the people”, only fraudsters working for big business. It’ll be like China 2.0 Nobody will try to become president because the deck is so stacked against you. The American Dream is done if this election goes to sh*t. Get ready for STAR WARS where there is rebellion from people against the Empire. That’s going to be the mentality if FREEDOM DIES. BIDEN already looks like a character from STAR WARS.

What should the recourse have been?

Dominion - Democracy Suite(R) EMS Results Tally & Reporting User Guide (Version: 5.11-CO::7) of May 28, 2019.

https://www.oann.com/files/UG-RTR-UserGuide-5-11-CO.pdf

There are several pages regarding “Ranked Contests” and “Ranked Choice Voting” (RCV).

Controls and features of that, are part of the software.

In the following “EXCERPT”, I am going to separate sentences of the FIRST PARAGRAPH, in order to make it easier to read and consider.

EXCERPT:

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

CHAPTER 11: RANKED CHOICE VOTING

11.1 Introduction

[FIRST PARAGRAPH]

Ranked choice voting (RCV) allows voters to rank their candidates in order of preference from first to last ranking, which is different compared to traditional forms of voting where the voter can only express equal preference for one or more candidates by marking their voting box.

This additional information that the ranking provides can be processed using different ways to declare one or more winner in a way to ensure elected candidates receive a majority of the vote.

What most of these methods have in common is that they process the results in rounds.

In the initial round only the first ranked candidates are evaluated, if any candidate achieves the majority of the votes these are elected.

Otherwise, another round starts and candidates with the lowest amount of votes are eliminated.

Those ballots get redistributed according to their subsequent rankings, and votes are evaluated to determine winners.

This process avoids the need to do run-off elections, while still ensuring candidates receive a majority of the vote.

[SECOND PARAGRAPH]

There are various forms of RCV supported in EMS and each variation has a number of settings which are managed through Ranked Profiles.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

As I look at the manual, it does seem, that DESPITE RCV not being authorized by a jurisdiction (national, state, local), RCV can certainly be enabled.

I believe they had to actually change the algorithm because President Trump was killing the algorithm they had set up. That is the reason for stopping the count I've heard.

“What should the recourse have been?”

1. Determine the scope of the problem. Was it just these 2 or was there systematic disenfranchisement against voters.

2. Fine and/or fire the poll worker and supervisor. Government employees need to held accountable.

You're too pessimistic. I'd bet on a civil war that restores free and fair elections before the masses settle for that fate.

So when do you think that will start once Trump “loses?” And how will it be fought? There is clear boundaries like North and South in the Civil War.

So when do you think that will start once Trump “loses?”

I would think there will be more mass protests.

But, if the voter fraud issues aren't addressed by Congress and resolved, then I don't think the masses are going to tolerate another election like this last one.
