So two voters were disenfranchised by the Government and there is no recourse because it did not matter.

What should the recourse have been?

1. Determine the scope of the problem. Was it just these 2 or was there systematic disenfranchisement against voters.

2. Fine and/or fire the poll worker and supervisor. Government employees need to held accountable.
