How about no one who wasn’t born and continuously living for at least twenty years within 500 feet of the recount office can challenge a ballot’s status?

Or no one may challenge a ballot cast for someone who inhabits “the Office of the President Elect of the United States of America” as shown on CNN and MSNBC. Done deal.

The WI Elections Commission does not seem to understand, it does not matter what the manual reads tomorrow, it's how it read on the election day. These are the rules the election was held under. I would suggest material changes may actual void the election.

If neither candidate can get to 270 electoral votes, the election is decided by the House of Representatives with each state getting one vote. The Rs have a delegation majority is at least 26 states.

Trump would be president for the next 4 years under that scenario.
