The page seems genuine, much of the content is propaganda worthy of Snopes, Politifact or Factcheck.org.
"This webpage is for people with questions about the security of their vote and preemptively debunks potential areas for disinformation. You can learn more about mis- and disinformation from CISAs Countering Foreign Influence Task Force."
There are 21 points on the page, all in the same format. This is an example -
"Reality: Robust safeguards including canvassing and auditing procedures help ensure the accuracy of official election results.
Rumor: A bad actor could change election results without detection.
Get the Facts: The systems and processes used by election officials to tabulate votes and certify official results are protected by various safeguards that help ensure the accuracy of election results. These safeguards include measures that help ensure tabulation systems function as intended, protect against malicious software, and enable the identification and correction of any irregularities."
My thoughts - All the safeguards in the world mean squat if the thieves are in charge of the process.
Nothing to see here, move along !
It gets even weirder. This CISA decided that a comic book would be a good way to fight those pesky foreigners who are scheming against our "Free and Fair" election system.

Spoiler Alert - The bad guys are...
Russians, Russians, Russians.
Your thoughts ?
I dare these clowns to set foot in any precinct in Detroit or Philadelphia during an election.
They would be physically removed by Democratic thugs.
Nothing to see here....

Ministry of Truth.
I agree with you. nothing to see here. Move along is the mantra. Gaslighting us again.
Its not who casts the vote. Its who counts the vote.
Same as it ever was.
See more about CISA here, hat tip to MAGAthon:

Read the whole thing carefully...
My thoughts? Let me see the world’s premier cyber-security agency stop:
1. The Account Services telemarketer credit card scammers “Hi, this is Rachel from Account Services....”
2. The Car Warranty Telemarketer Scammers
3. The Student Loan Telemarketer Scammers
Do that, then we can talk. Until then, just tell the CISA to SHUT UP because they are useless.
That advisory was written by a group of outside advisors to the government, purporting to state making representations on behalf of the government as if they were the government. That is a violation of the Federal Advisory Committee Act.
The names of the #1 and #2 in this agency are in the kraken. This agency is corrupted.
Chris Krebs will be gone if President Donald Trump can overcome the fraud. They are useless. Perhaps he should even just shutter the agency altogether. Then create a new one that actually works.
IOW a swamprat with no understanding of the fundamentals of his field, the security of computers, data and the information that is transmitted.
Read the last sentence again! ;-)

SCYTL.🚨
28 STATES send election results to a remote server in Frankfurt, Germany, according to election security expert Russell Ramsland.
The servers are based on SCYTL software, exposed by MIT Tech as having the ability to switch votes, "UNDETECTED."

I don’t even see a comment about mail-in voting.
Despite what they imply, there are no Federal Election Security standards. States are free to hire any company to run their election process and set standards for their state. Audit logs are required by most states, but seldom implemented .
Epstein didn’t kill himself?

Reminder, at last summer's Conputer Hacker conference known as DefCon, hackers were challenged to hack into 100 different voting machines. They hacked every damn one of them https://t.co/ZdRNwLAQr7— President Elect Snake Plissken (@pliskin1999) November 14, 2020
