OK, this can work. (vanity)

I can't verify the source of this, so all I could do is research it and determine if the mechanics of this idea were correct. It appears that it is. I would like to give credit to the supposed author, but as I said, I can't verify the source. If anyone has read this before, please acknowledge the VERIFIED source.

---------

I agree that this will go to the Supreme Court. I agree they will rule that the election is invalid due to fraud or mistakes on a country wide scale. If that's the case, it will go one of two ways:

1) They will rule that all the unconstitutional mail in ballots will be removed and the states will be ordered to recount without them. This will work in Trump's favor.

2) They will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud. At that point, it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote. This is where it gets good. The house/congress votes on who the President will be. It has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every State gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans, and 19 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines. They have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution and the Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar even will take place. This is the law. This is why the Democrats are so mad at Nancy Pelosi. This will all happen in January. The only way President Trump won’t be President is if he concedes the election and that will never happen. So, stop watching the fake news and don’t let your heart be troubled and live your life knowing this will all work out. President Trump will remain President. I have researched all of this and it is fact!

Another fun fact, they called Gore the President Elect for 30 days in 2000 until the courts ruled against him and declared Bush the winner. And, two people that were part of that decision was none other that new Supreme Court Justices, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Why do you think the Democrats tried so hard to keep them from being confirmed?”

I’ll say 1.

2 can work but that in effect “harms” the legit, lawful voters that didn’t do anything wrong. If, for example, the corrupt party had the advantage in Congress, then it would benefit them to cause enough havoc to move the selection to Congress, where they would get what they want.

For this reason, I think 1 is best.

#1, if SCOTUS has the courage to do their jobs.

SCOTUS hasn’t the courage for #2.

What if they were just thrown in will all the regular ballots?

If SCOTUS remedies PA for Trump by backing out votes, but we can not prove mass fraud in Georgia and Arizona Republican controlled states that’s the ball game.

Hopefully Trump has an ace up his sleeve.

I saw some libs online last night claiming if the election is overturned (good grief, it hasn’t even been officially called yet!) they’ll burn the entire country down. I say bring it on. Unlike the police in riots, I don’t use rubber bullets.

I think Trump is pursuing (or will pursue) remedies in PA, GA, AZ, NV, MI, and WI. Wouldn’t shock me if he didn’t go after OR and MN as well (they’ve been pretty quiet).

HEs winning NC. I think we have wide spread fraud in WI, MI and there’s some indication Nevada had some illegal votes from non-residents.

The only question that I am aware of that the Supreme Court is being asked to rule on is whether the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court acted in an unconstitutional manner. Obviously they did, but what the Supreme Court will rule they should do to remediate is unknown.

2) They will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud. At that point, it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote.

Number Two is not an option open to the Supreme Court.

According to the Constitution, state legislators decide how to choose their Electors for President and Vice President. If they do not have a slate of electors chosen by the time the Electoral College votes are due to be opened by Congress, then they do not get to vote.

Only if no candidate receives the requisite 270 votes will the House then vote to choose a President, and the Senate will vote to choose a Vice President.

The most the Supreme Court can do is to direct the states to not certify their vote due to irreparable fraud in the process, and to choose Electors according to what the state's laws require.

I know in Michigan the voting statute says that if the vote isn't certified by the Secretary of State by a certain date, then the Michigan Legislature will choose the Electors. I don't know and don't care to research the specific laws in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin.

Perhaps the standard isn’t “reasonable doubt” but any court that looks at these states and these irregularities has got to conclude that funny business was going on. More than usual. There are witnesses, numerical analysis, odd vote tally changes taking place on live TV, and illogical election outcomes.

I think the only reasonable choice is to throw out the tainted election and throw it all to the House. That’s what they did in 1876, so there is precedent.

and declared Bush the winner.

They never did that. They simply ruled the partial recount in Broward County was unconstitutional and the election certified numbers by Katherine Harris was the law. Bush won, and would have won bigger if the press didn't suppress the panhandle by calling the state for Gore 3 hours early.

If that's the case, it will go one of two ways:

Bear in mind there is a 3): The Court rules there is insufficient evidence to justify overturning state elections.

And the pressure by the government/media complex for the Court to reach this decision will be intense.

I would say it is more possible for the the USSC to punt only the decisions in certain states to their legislative delegations. They will not disregard the results in non-challenged states. No Way, No How, Never

Maybe not for the Supreme Court, but it would force the state to act.

The absolute best legal argument that I’ve heard to date posits that states (Read: executive and judicial branches) acted unconstitutionally to change election law without legislative approval, thus establishing a two-tiered election system in which people who voted in person were held to a much higher standard than were people who voted by mail. That is an eminently provable and compelling argument that will be supported by the incredibly high number of illegal votes that will be exposed. What the remedy will be is going to be interesting; there are no Solomons on the Supreme Court.
