I wonder if anyone has figured Republican turnout this time.

We knew the D’s would swamp us with mail-in ballots and that R’s would need to turn out by 90% or more to negate that.

How about a 50/50 tie in the Senate where Pence breaks the tie and votes for himself for VP. The liberal heads would explode for the next 4 years.

It was highly inappropriate for him to do what he did. I don’t think anyone elected even takes to a stage and mic UNTIL the concession has been made. Perhaps my memory is faulty but that’s the way I remember it. Concession and then the “elected” can make that announcement when he/she appears in public.

Maybe they were writing in haste.....trying to make their deadline.

I wonder if anyone even proofreads, anymore.....or, even have the skills to do so.

I think the most likely scenario is that the Court rules that Pennsylvania (and maybe other states) violated the Constitution by going around the state legislature and changing the voting rules. If is indisputable that the governor and Secretary of State had zero authority to do that. And, the Constitution does not permit the legislature to delegate that authority to anyone else.

Now, what remedy the Court would prescribe, who knows? I think the cleanest solution, which has been suggested by Mark Levin and others, is to throw out all the ballots that arrived after the deadline of 8:00 pm on Election Day. Democrats would go berserk, of course, but that will happen regardless.

There’s also an equal protection argument to be made, since those who voted in person (mostly Trump voters) had a hard deadline of 8:00 pm Election Day, while those who voted by mail (mostly Biden voters) were given until several days after Election Day.

Wow, some action finally. The path you describe, if it goes that way, will be historic and ugly, but it does describe where we have allowed ourselves as a nation to get to.

Well said.

Although whatever is "historic and ugly" after a stolen election? Sign me up.

They deserve and have earned every bit of what's coming.

I don’t believe that is the way it will work.

First it goes to the state assembly to decide who it chooses. Then the House gets to accept them or not.

So twitter flags fraud allegations as being in dispute but doesn’t flag biden victory announcements as in dispute.

those who voted by mail (mostly Biden voters) were given until several days after Election Day. ***

And many ballots didn't have signatures on them, or postmarks.

In one state, the mucky mucks at the USPS had employees take ballots that were mailed late and put them in a bin so they could be postmarked Nov 3rd

Them dems are good at only one thing, cheating.

Yeah I know, there is actually a LONG list!

We already know about Justice Roberts. He will not do the right thing. It is Justice K that I am worried about. I don’t trust him either.
