Debunking conspiracies is not always welcome on FR. If such systems either do not exist, or exist but could not be used in such a scale scale described, it is a losing argument. Let's say the President's lawyers ultimately do not use this claim, it will not matter to people who believe it.

Deliberately programming the voting machines to tabulate wrong from the start and ballot stuffing is more likely.

General Thomas McInerney brought this up three years ago, with regards to illegal wiretapping. My one 2cents is that the vote machines were most likely rigged by Dominion internally, not by external hacking.
