Name one lawsuit thrown out. To the best of my knowledge, they were not supposed to be filed until today, and none have surfaced yet.
Near as I can figure it, Team Trump is still in the evidence and strategy stages. If they prematurely go off half cocked, then a case could be thrown out. Just let them do their job.
