That lawsuit was for “’meaningful access’ for campaign poll watchers to the counting of state ballots”. The “watching the vote counters” ship has sailed.

Your referenced lawsuit has nothing to do with challenging final election results. This ballot counting lawsuit was also decided by a Michigan judge, not a federal elections judge.

The beauty of this decision is that it is proof that Team Trump was denied access to vote counting. This would then be evidence for a federal civil rights case as Republican poll watchers have equal rights as with Democrat watchers in federal elections.

I do not think Judge Cynthia Stephens was looking at the big picture. If she had allowed Republicans to be a part of vote count watching that late in the game, the results would likely have been the same and there would have been little to no visual evidence for a poll watcher to find in the final hours. Thus her decision could not be used as evidence. This judge FU’d badly.
