Postal Service Photographs Every Piece of Mail in the U.S., Shares With Agencies That Request It
NEWSWEEK ^ | ORIG 10-28-14 | Lauren Walker

The USPS uses a program called Mail Imaging, which takes a photograph of the outside of every piece of mail sent in the U.S. While the primary purpose of taking the pictures is to process the mail, law enforcement agencies are able to request images of mail sent and received by a target they are investigating.

Would you not be able to get an exact count of how many pieces went thru the system? :)

I don’t believe that watermarking story. Many have said that the states create the ballots. But, each ballot goes through the mail, so.

If it is done by a machine, the machine can be altered. Machines do what they are told to do, so if someone is astute enough to understand what makes the machine run, then that person can change algorithms and parameters to make the machine do whatever that person desires.

Ergo, the photo dates can be changed as well as the time stamps.

Bob Barr is using it to find out what happened to his copy of Bagpipes Monthly.

O, Billy Barr, the pipes the pipes are calling
From glen to glen, and down the mountain side.
The summer's gone, and all the laws are broken,
The country asks why do you run and hide?

As someone who regularly uses this USPS app feature “Informed Delivery” the USPS app identifies Mail being delivered to a specific address during a week. Very handy when expecting a package or piece of important mail.

The Democrats got greedy and pushed this way too far. I have no doubt that President Trump was winning in a landslide. They decided to go for broke any way. They tried to sneak hundreds of thousands of ballots with Biden’s name only on them. It is so audacious that it is almost funny, but they figured with the leftist media behind them they could get away with it. This is going to backfire on them biggly. Americans hate cheaters and theives. This could easily spell the end of the Democrat party. Who would want to be associated with this corrupt pack of theives after they are exposed?

So the ballots that were missing witness signatures on the outside of the envelope that is required in Wisconson yet were accepted and signed by the clerk as valid might, be a bit of a problem?

My beloved husband told me they do this to track mail/packages.

I’ve advised him that not for one moment do I believe that process safeguards any mail.

First, you see a piece of mail or a package you don’t want to process, you make sure you DON’T get it scanned.

Second, you want to eliminate a piece of mail or a package you don’t want delivered but it HAS been scanned..... simply scan it at the ‘delivery point,’ and NOT deliver said piece of mail/package. THEN simply discard it. And we KNOW that’s been been happening....

Third, intentionally damage a piece of mail or package so it simply cannot be delivered. I know this has happened because the twits/twats managed years ago to save only the FREAKING RETURN ADDRESS CORNER of an envelope at the time. My beloved, had put a political sticker on the envelope at the time and I’m pretty sure the folks at the USPS were pissed about it. And yes, it was literally just the FREAKING RETURN ADDRESS CORNER; delivered BACK TO ME in a teeny, tiny, zip lock bag.

I guess I’m still pissed about that event. So I do know they do intentionally destroy stuff.

Years ago, a close friend of mine worked for the USPS in NYC. She begged me to never mark a package Fragile or simply to mail it another way. She said she would she workers simply THROWING those boxes to hear the crunch/crash/splinter sounds. Needless to say, she walked away from that job; said it wasn’t worth her conscience and that nothing ever, ever, EVER happened to workers. And this was in the 80s!

So, the USPS is a threat to the American public.

Tangential from how this applies to mail-in ballots in the current election cycle, but related to the general topic:

Project SHAMROCK

Project SHAMROCK, the sister project for Project MINARET, was an espionage exercise started in August 1945,[1] which involved the accumulation of all telegraphic data entering into or exiting from the United States. The Armed Forces Security Agency (AFSA)[2] and its successor, the National Security Agency (NSA), were given direct access to daily microfilm copies of all incoming, outgoing, and transiting telegrams via the Western Union and its associates RCA and ITT. NSA did the operational interception, and, if there was information that would be of interest to other intelligence agencies, the material was passed to them.[3] Intercepted messages were disseminated to the FBI, CIA, Secret Service, Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs (BNDD), and the Department of Defense. No court authorized the operation and there were no warrants. . .

In May 1975 however, Congressional critics began to investigate and expose the program. As a result, NSA director Lew Allen terminated it, on his own authority rather than that of other intelligence agencies. According to Budiansky, a 1977 US Department of Justice review concluded wiretap laws were violated, but "If the intelligence agencies possessed too much discretionary authority with too little accountability, that would seem to be a 35-year failing of Presidents and the Congress rather than the agencies or their personnel.". . .

One result of these investigations was the 1978 creation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) which limited the powers of the NSA and put in place a process of warrants and judicial review. Another internal safeguard, was United States Signals Intelligence Directive 18 (USSID 18), an internal NSA and intelligence community set of procedures, originally issued in 1980.[8] USSID 18 was the general guideline for handling signal intelligence (SIGINT) inadvertently collected on US citizens, without a warrant, prior to the George W. Bush Administration. The post-Clinton era interpretations of FISA and USSID 18's principles assume that the executive branch has unitary authority for warrantless surveillance. This assertion came under congressional investigation as an apparent violation of FISA's intent. . .

The watermarking is real. The stories vary and are likely sheer speculation.

The new agency set up to safeguard elections is CISA-see link below watermarks explained at the bottom of the chart:

We get pictures of all but junk mail emailed to us every day and know what to expect. You sign up for it at USPS website. It’s not always accurate, though. Sometimes it comes a day late.

These images are also available to postal customers as verification that mail has arrived in the system. My wife has had to use this to build a case against the US Postal Service about incoming mail being discarded by the local postal carrier. A complaint to Congresscritter Lizzie Fletcher was no response ( a Donk, go figure). We had to escalate it to the US Attorney for the Southern District of Texas, who I knew from bicycling plus my law enforcement contacts.

I really hope this isn’t over and the plan is to expose them. I have had quite a few people telling me Biden won today and it’s over but I just said it’s the lying media claiming that.
