Letter to Bill Barr from R-Congressment
US CONGRESS ^ | 11/6/2020 | US CONGRESS

Letter to Barr

Dear Attorney General Barr,

While each state runs its own election process, the United States Department of Justice is ultimately responsible for the integrity of federal elections. The American people must have the utmost confidence that the outcome of the presidential election is legitimate.

With widespread reports of irregularities, particularly in the vote counting process, it is time for you to use the resources of the Department to ensure that the process is conducted in a manner that is fully consistent with state and federal law.

And, it is also important that the process be completely transparent, so that the American people will have full confidence in the result.

The Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division Voting Section’s responsibility is to ensure that the right to vote is sacred. This not only means access to the ballot box, but it also means ensuring that no one’s vote is devalued by any means of voter fraud.

The U.S. Marshals Service is also available to ensure that judicial orders are carried out. When it comes to a federal election, it should not matter whether those judicial orders come from a state or federal court. For example, if a state court orders that observers can watch ballot counting in a federal election, no local election official should be able to defy that order.

With that in mind, we request an immediate response to the following questions. What are you doing to ensure the integrity of the voting and counting process right now? Will you commit to using all the resources at your disposal to ensure that only legal votes are being counted and being counted in a fully transparent manner immediately?

Thank you for your prompt reply

Signed by various Congressment

Bill Barr
He has clear evidence that the last election had political spying. He has clear evidence Mueller and the FBI wrongly prosecuted Gen Flynn. He has clear evidence delivered to the FBI in Dec 2019, that Joe Biden was on the take when he was VPres.

Anything happen yet?

Do we have a republic.....?

Biden has been on the take since 1976.

Billie Bagpipe must be a mole...or at a minimum, a covert infiltrator!

If Biden takes over, the FBI will soon complete its natural transformation into America’s KGB - its work will be mainly to protect the State and its political elites, mainly from the citizenry.

Asking it for “justice” will be a joke.

Except the State Legislatures are specifically given control over the Presidential elections in the Constitution.

So, the entire premise of your letter is false.

What a waste of time writing anything to Barr.

Looks at this time like he stalled just long enough didn’t he.

But in public elections they must follow state election law and in federal elections federal election law. And violations are felonies. So yes the FBI has jurisdiction to investigate.

Remember how President Trump always says he didn’t get involved in DOJ matters but “I could if I wanted to?”

This is good, along with Lindsey Graham’s request (as a Senator), and has to be done, even though I’d be surprised if the DOJ does anything about it.

Graham contributed $500,000 to Trump’s defense fund, so he obviously thinks it’s going to come down to the courts. Which it will.

As for Barr personally, he has disappeared and has been invisible for almost a month now. What the heck is going on?

Trump had no functioning DOJ for the entirety of his 1st term.

States may run elections but voter fraud when the candidate is running for federal office is a federal crime. If the fraud was as widespread as everyone believes then it shouldn’t be a problem for Barr to indict a bunch of people. Let’s see what he does.

“the United States Department of Justice is ultimately responsible for the integrity of federal elections.”

OK, so what are they doing?

I just assumed Barr was meeting with Biden.

He covered up for him while he’s on Video admitting to a Felony firing a Ukrainian Prosecutor for a Billion dollars.

Durham was the third or fourth to hire hard-line Dems to Investigate the Coup, and they just ran out the Clock on Trump.

What am I missing?
