Smokin' Joe Frazier, the city's most famous boxer, may have died on Nov. 7, 2011. But he still lives on at the polls.
In 2018, according to city records, the former heavyweight champ voted in the general election in his adopted hometown.
On city records that provide a "detailed inquiry" on voters, they got Smokin' Joe's birthdate right, Jan. 12, 1944. In a touch of nostalgia, the records also list Frazier's address as 2917 N. Broad Street. That's the location of the old Smokin' Joe's Gym, the three-story converted brick warehouse where, in the 1970s, Frazier trained for all of three of his championship fights against Muhammed Ali, while living in an apartment on the third floor.
Frazier leads a parade of 22 dead people, who according to city records gathered by Big Trial, miraculously came back to life to vote in past Philadelphia elections. Others on the list that's been uncovered so far include seven hero cops who died in the line of duty, a murdered community activist, and 11 dead relatives of cops.

I’m sure Ben Franklin and another of our Founding Fathers from Philadelphia, Dr. Benjamin Rush, were also on the voting rolls too. I would think Rocky and Adrian Balboa were also listed.

Corey Lewandowski at the press conference today, read off the name, birthdate, and death date of a woman in Philly. She died 9 days before the election. Her ballot was postmarked Nov. 2nd, and counted on Nov. 3rd. The media was very hostile to Rudy too. At one point Rudy asked one of them if he was a lawyer’s for the Democrats, and when he said he wasn’t, Rudy told him that with the way he was arguing against there being any fraud, that he should be getting paid by the Democrats.
It’s in the millions for sure.

At Rudy’s presser he also mentioned Will Smith’s dad. As you said, anecdotal, but these types of names help cement the act to the audience’s memory. They obviously aren’t all that’s needed, but will play a part in the overall strategy.
“Mostly legitimate” has become the new “mostly peaceful.”
Oh, yeah, the Democrat crimes were and are very organized.
