PA Republicans seek emergency order from SCOTUS mandating late-arriving ballots not be counted With Trump trailing Biden in the Pennsylvania vote count, state Republicans are asking the U.S. Supreme Court for an emergency order to ensure that no late-arriving mail ballots are added to the totals.
Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar has already confirmed to ABCNews that those ballots are not showing up in the tally.
But in the attached filing, the GOP argues that Boockvar's guidance is non-biding on county boards and claims that 25 of 67 counties haven't indicated whether or not they are abiding by it and in fact segregating the late-arriving votes.
"Without an immediate order from this Court, [Republican Party of Pennsylvania] could lose its right to 'a targeted remedy' if the State Supreme Court’s decision is ultimately overturned," they write.

My PA ballot said must be received by 8am Nov 3. I mailed it 7 days before and accepted that if it did not arrive by then, it would be null and void.
Why has this taken days to even be brought up by these folks?
Wonder if Sweet Amy (who is the main reason for all of this when she recused herself from 2 days on the job), will recuse herself again?
Because Justice Roberts of SCOTUS ruled against Trump’s pleas to prevent it from coming to this point in the first place.
An election in Paterson NJ this past Summer was so badly tainted by mail-in ballot fraud that a judge mandated a new election.
Roberts might get back to normal with Trump gone. Roberts hates him
This guy has created too much turmoil and chaos for far too long in this country. He needs to be RBG’d.
But maybe President Kamala Harris will pack the courts enough for Roberts to be irrelevant! HEART!
Their idiot court order allows them to take in ballots all the way through the end of today. Are they talking about late ballots that the USPS was honest enough to postmark after Nov. 3?

I have the same gut feeling. Can’t trust a woman who has three names, shops at Whole Foods, and designs a PC family. (But that’s just me.)
Roberts will get right on it. Not!
She already counted alot of the votes she promised to hold aside on the 4th or maybe election day.
How spot on is that???
