WASHINGTON (Sinclair Broadcast Group) Thursday morning a Pennsylvania appellate court granted the Trump campaign the right to observe ballot counters in Philadelphia after campaign officials said they were prevented from overseeing the process.
Later in the afternoon, former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and Trump campaign adviser Corey Lewandowski told reporters that the city was in defiance of the court order and observers were still being shut out. They announced they were filing a complaint in federal court seeking immediate injunctive relief to stop the counting of ballots.
The order allowed the president's reelection campaign to immediately begin watching election workers count votes from 6 feet away, in accordance with public health rules.
"They are still not being compliant," Bondi said. She claimed that barriers were moved close to election counting but ballot machines were moved further back to prevent observers from monitoring.

Where the hell is the Justice Department? Federal Marshals? ANYONE??
Are we going to do anything to enforce this, or once again just let the Dems (likely) commit fraud in broad daylight?
While we piddle around, Trump's vote total has dropped by tens of thousands, and a positive outcome in PA is looking increasingly iffy.
Remedy?
Throw out ALL Philly votes.
I like your plan. However, as that ain’t gonna happen..any other suggestions?
Courts are going to sit on their hands...including the SCOTUS...
Various Presidents called in various troops or US Marshalls to enforce court orders.
What? Didn’t the judge order them to work it out? /sarc
And Detroit!
Newt Gingrich was on Hannity. said not allowing oversight is a federal felony. people should be arrested and vote shut down.
I remember reading that in FL 2000, there was an incident where a crowd gathered hollering “Let us in!”
I begin to suspect that two or three of Trump’s advisors/lawyers in this (maybe Derpowitz, didn’t he go to Epstein Island?) are treasonous deepstaters.
I can't see the SC throwing out "votes" that have already been counted.
I hope I'm wrong.
Pennsylvania Ping!
Please ping me with articles of interest.
FReepmail me to be added to the list.
Why not throw them out?
I seem to recall in 2018 an allegation of election fraud came up against a Republican in NC 9th dist and they threw out the whole election and had a revote to fill the seat. Mark Harris was up 905 votes but NC Board refused to certify his win.
Yeah Democrat streetfighting thugs are really gonna respect and abide by Marquis of Queensbury Rules which the Republicans continue to throw at them. Armed federal agents should have been at every one of these vote manufacturing factories two days ago. Six-foot rule while they are counting ballots? Are you serious? Trump is being told a show of force will start riots and people will die oh my! and that’s the last thing anyone wants. So we lose the country to avoid burning down Philadelphia and Detroit instead. What a trade-off.
PS to above - the allegations against Harris were miniscule in relation to what we are witnessing now.
if scotus sits on their hands then scotus has no credibility left
Can Republican precincts in all 50 states start finding tens of thousands of Trump votes. F-ck it. Go all in. There are no laws
> Throw out ALL Philly votes.
this!
I think the only nonviolent path that’s realistic is for the State legislature in each of the disputed States to void the Presidential elections in their States and pick the electors themselves. These legislatures are run by Republicans. It’s an extreme step, but it’s one that must be taken for the elections in those States have been corrupted beyond repair.
All the President has to do is Invite a few million of us over to DC for a 1776 Party. informal attire, open carry, no anitfa allowed.
