Rush just said he has RUMINT (rumor intel) that says Biden may declare victory this afternoon.
That’s about as meaningful as Trump calling it right now.
That said, if anyone can say victory now, it would be Trump as he currently leads in key states.
He can announce anything he wants, doesn’t make it so..just like Trump basically announcing he won last night..means nothing
Makes him look foolish! Trump should make a speech after Joe’s.
Something tells me that President Trump will never hold such a meeting with Joe Biden, and won't even dignify him with so much as a phone call at any time between Election Day and Inauguration Day.

This is very dangerous. With both sides claiming victory and contentious and partisan processes in place as well as allegations of fraud and postal ballot shenanigans it is very likely that 50% of the country will not accept the result no matter who the courts declare the winner.
The media is going to declare Biden the winner. Just watch.

ABC news just took AZ down for Biden and put it back to undecided. That may throw a wrench in Joe’s plans. But probably not.
