But I cannot get the math to work for Trump in either state barring a recount that proves something drastic.

The post-Civil War era congressional record shows that lawmakers had clarified that non-citizens do not have the right to vote. Lawmakers had argued that renegade states that allow non-citizens to vote to try swing elections to favor minorities effectively wrongly nullify the Constitution’s “Establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause" (1.8.4).

In fact, Section 2 of the post-Civil War 14th Amendment is a penalty for states that in any way weaken the voting power of qualified citizen voters, the penalty being a reduction of that state’s representatives in the House. (Bye-bye Nancy!)

Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens [emphases added] twenty-one years of age in such State."
Note that voting rights amendments ratified after 14A was ratified have possibly changed how Section 2 penalty should be calculated.
On the other hand, since Section 2 is a penalty, Democrats deserve to be punished by a literal interpretation of that section imo.

One thing I glossed over is that this is the ballgame for Democrats. If they can't cheat to a win, many will probably go to jail but at least be outed. Also, harder to setup future cheats to eliminate honest elections. They will pull out all stops.

Joe announced on camera, he was gonna raise everyone’s taxes, gonna ban fracking, gonna institute the green new deal which will cost 100 trillion dollars, and gonna go after guns, and gonna tear down the wall, and recommit us to the Paris climate change crap etc-
The nation traditionally does not switch horses mid stream, and considering how much trump has done for this country, for individuals, for minorities, etc, and how little Joe has done, and how much misery he has promised to inflict on this nation- You would think this nation would have so overwhelmingly voted Trump back in that Joe would have conceded already-
It’s just mind boggling that the vote is even close- or even as close as it is- This should have been a no brainer landslide win for Trump and a repudiation of the far left nonsense that has torn this country apart for years now-

Well they have Chinas employee at 45.4 and Trump at 53.5 with 81% of the votes counted. It’s a long way to go, but I would be surprised if Biden does take it. That’s a lot of cheating to do, they’d have to find about a half a million ballots for Chinas employee.

I don’t think MI is over either.
They need to challenge both. I read someplace that one solution maybe to be a revote over 4 days in both states. It is going to be interesting.
What my “person” in Vegas says...(I have a friend who lives there) is that a lot of the furloughed workers from the hotels have left Vegas. Mostly “Legal’s” and they went back to CA , AZ, or NM. That is why it’s even close to start with.
