I notice there are no trash baskets under the tables to secrete ballots. That’s good but I would be more comfortable if the workers were notified to show up naked at work much like the folks the big drug dealers use in their cutting rooms to cut up their heroin so as to make sure they are not making off with their product

IMO, they are sorting out the fraudulent ballots, and putting the duplicates aside to switch out with the actual ballot.
