The worst example was Clinton, after he had been defeated by Bush. After 9/11 Clinton tried behind the scenes to sabotage Bush’s efforts to build a coalition against Iraq. He had secret meetings with various people in other governments to try to convince them not to support Bush.

Think so. Also the case against Gen. Flynn, talking to the Russian ambassador though he lied about it. And impeachment, a phone call to the Ukranian President. The question to be asked, what was Biden offering? What were the Palestinians offering?

The Flynn call was appropriate, he was part of the elected incoming administration. President Trump was President. Biden currently holds no office.

Well, according to the notes from the Oval Office, Joe Biden thinks this kind of thing is a violation of the Hatch Act.
